Throughout these Terms of Service, "KXSB" refers to our platform, including our membership portal and integrated Discord service. "Member" means any verified user of our platform, and "Services" encompasses all features, tools, and resources we provide. "Content" includes all information, data, and materials shared on our platform.

Membership and Access

By using KXSB, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are a verified member with active status. Members receive access to:

• KXSB membership portal
• Dedicated Discord server
• Initiative proposal system
• Community resources and events

Please note that some features are in development, and services may evolve with community input. Additional fees may apply for enhanced features, and maintaining active membership is required for continued access.

Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to maintain professional behavior, respect intellectual property rights, and use our services as intended. Members must protect their access credentials and may not:

• Share access with non-members
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Disrupt platform operations
• Engage in harassment or harmful behavior

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owners. Collaborative outputs are typically subject to open source licensing unless explicitly stated otherwise. Platform content and branding remain KXSB property.

Members must maintain confidentiality of shared proprietary information and respect member privacy. Open source outputs are exempt from confidentiality requirements.

Data Protection and Privacy

KXSB commits to protecting member data, maintaining appropriate security measures, and using information in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection for platform operations, communications from KXSB, and analytics purposes.

Limitation of Liability

KXSB's liability is limited to 50% of membership fees paid in the prior 12 months and covers direct damages only. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, member interactions, third-party content, or service interruptions.

Membership Termination

Access may be terminated by mutual agreement, with 30 days notice, or immediately for violations. Upon termination, access rights cease and confidentiality obligations continue. No fee refunds will be issued.

Changes to Terms

KXSB may modify these terms with notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Material changes will require explicit member acknowledgment.

Legal Framework

These terms are governed by English Law, with disputes subject to English Courts jurisdiction. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
